'Album Amicorum'

Today an Album Amicorum is most akin to a scrapbook, autograph book or generally a collection of lovely things and inspirations! They often contained art, decorative papers and indeed marbled papers!

The British Library stated that: The album amicorum or "book of friends" originated in Germany about the middle of the 16th century and very quickly became fashionable among students moving from one university to another in the course of their academic careers. Professors as well as fellow students made their contribution to these pages and some of the albums contain inscriptions by major scholars of the day.

We would like to welcome to you our digital Album Amicorum where we will share with you our ideas of how to use our products and examples of how others & our customers have used our designs. In addition, this section of our website acts to share inspirations & ideas for using your off-cuts to save waste, press features, collaborations and projects we have been proud to be a part of!
