Marbled lampshades you can customise

January saw the launch of our brand new marbled lampshade collection.

The drive behind this collection was to give our clients the opportunity to customise their marbled lampshades without the hefty price tag that often comes with the words 'custom' and 'bespoke'.

After a fantastic meeting down in Dorset with our trusted lampshade makers we set about narrowing down which shapes, sizes and patterns we wanted to work with.

We have 4 shapes:

Our existing small 'Empire' shape

The contemporary and artisan 'Coolie

The good all rounder 'Retro

The statement large 'Drum

Each shape has a choice of 3 different marbled designs, each selected to compliment that particular shade and overall look.

There are then 2 further choices that can be made which really help to tailor your shade to your requirements.

You can choose between 3 different trim colours which we have chosen to either complement or contrast with the marbled palette.

Lastly you can choose the internal lining you would like to use. Whilst most lampshades come with white or cream as standard we really wanted to enhance the luxury feel by also giving the option to add a gold or bronze liner.

A choice of lamp base or pendant fitting and UK/EU or US fixings allow you to make those final personalisation's.

Choosing the options for the trims:

Trim colours and lining options:

The Coolie shade with Whirl in 'Dalloway' with Lincot trim which is a lovely textured neutral:

Large Drum made using Pirouette 'Berry Imperial' with wine trim:

One of the things we love most about marbled shades is that they look just as good un-lit as they do lit. They lend an artisan touch to your home and allow you to bring in just a pop of marbling if you are uncertain of using it on a larger scale.

We hope you love this new addition to our homeware offering and look forward to hearing from you and having some bespoke shades made up for you soon.

All the best, Jemma & Angela
